The first step in your recovery journey is reaching out for help. We know how heavy that phone can be and treat every person who reaches out for help with the dignity and respect that you deserve for making such an important and lifechanging choice.
When you call us, you will speak with one of our trained admissions coordinators. Many of our agents are in recovery themselves and all of them have been touched by addiction in one way or another. This experience is key to understanding your needs and those of loved ones during this difficult but hopeful time. We understand that the information we ask of you is deeply personal, but we impress upon you the need for openness and honesty so we can decide if treatment is the right option and how we can help.
Our agents will assist in figuring out if your insurance policy covers the cost of treatment and educate you on our financing programs and options. From the moment you decide to enter into treatment, we will be there to guide you through every step of the way.
You will need to speak to a member of our our trained and licensed professionals for your assessment. An assessment is just that – we are assessing how we can best serve your needs.
After your assessment, we will work with you to plan your arrival. This includes completing necessary paperwork, helping you to make travel arrangements and anything that you may need prior to your arrival at our doors.
